Posture: bringing shoulders back, raising the chest, and lengthening the spine are key for good posture. You will learn the secrets of how to create muscle memory through repetitions and movement control.
Balance: The latest addition that has transformed the fitness world. By using Suisse Ball, The Bosu, Core Board Reebok, etc; we will improve your daily activities & movements. Building confidence and loosing the fear of falling are the major benefits of our balance exercises.
Flexibility: The key to staying healthy. Most injuries come from poor flexibility, incapacity to bend over or just from a simple spinal twist. By using the Active-Isolated Stretching, Yoga, Pilates & Strengthening principles, you will achieve your goals of being more active. (MASSAGE TABLE AVAILABLE FOR STRETCHING)
