Class Description:
Beginners Danzarobics: Learn the basic steps and names of Danzarobics while getting a great calorie-burning exercise.
Danzarobics: A latin aerobics dance class designed to exercise the entire body. Lose weight, get fit and have fun. Classes include cool-down and stretching exercises.
Gentle Danzarobics: Danzarobics class designed with the more mature adults in mind. No pivots, turns, propulsions or plyometrics.
Salsa Kids: Designed to enhance motor skills, coordination, balance, and appreciation for music and movement. Forty-five minutes of non-stop dance. Please enquire about age groupings.
Stretch Yoga: Stretching class with characteristic of Hatha Yoga. Maintain and improve strength of body, mind and soul as you enhance your athletic and sport activities.
Peruvian Folklore: Learn typical Peruvian folklore dances. Instruction cycles are 4 weeks long. New cycles begin with every month. A minimum of four people required per cycle.
Posture, Balance & Flexibility (PBF) System Personal Training: Improve your daily activities through one-on -one active isolated conditioning developed for your personal needs and goals. Massage table available for your comfort.
2 or 3-on-1 Personal Training: Three-on-one fun, intensive, and interactive workouts. Achieve new levels of fitness and train for a new body with up to 2 friends.
